Built 2019 this family friendly, two-story contemporary townhouse is located right in the middle of the golf course.
Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a 3rd WC, open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room as well as a kids hang-out area which can accommodate up to 9 guests. (please note the top bunk bed is only suitable for children)

Upstairs you will find a spacious open plan living with a well-appointed lounge, dining, and kitchen which has ample bench space, gas cooking, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee machine -guests must supply their own pods. There are floating floorboards throughout the open plan living area, which opens out to the extensive balcony, which includes an undercover bbq area to incorporate both indoor/outdoor entertaining.
The master bedroom is also located upstairs which comes complete with a queen-size bed and ensuite.
Downstairs you will find the second living area which is perfect for the children to enjoy their own space which comes complete with a TV, dvd player, and Xbox. Also located downstairs are the 2 other bedrooms comprising of a queen size bed and trundle. And a tri bunk and trundle. A second bathroom and laundry can also be found downstairs.
