The location is appreciated by lovers of cycling, climbing with the Montmirail lace, vineyards, culture with the Avignon festival and the Orange choregies. On the ground floor: a large living room, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house is entirely at your disposal including the outbuildings which include the swimming pool, the pool house with the plancha, a closed room for storing bikes and a garden in the shade of olive trees.
