Such a beautiful, calm setting. The room was spotless and well-equipped and the private terrace beautifully designed. With The food and wine were both fabulous and reasonably priced and the view from every space was to die for. The pool area is also immaculate. We will be back for sure x

Pros: location and beautiful view. Great infinity pool Cons with some suggestions: 1. We booked a terrace suite but we are not convinced that is what we got. Room was smaller, darker and not as nice as the website pics. You may want to update your website pics to properly reflect room to your customers 2. Odor outside of our room. We were in room 1 that had a strange odor in the hallway just outside our room. You may wish to address that smell asap 3. The hotel seemed soulless. While we appreciate low touch service as explained on the website, small things like music playing in the hotel lobby//breakfast area and grounds may help. Also, ensure that there is at least 1 staff member visibly present in the lobby during working hours (we went several times to the lobby to ask questions and no one was there, nor answered the bell when we rang it) 4. Service. Subpar service for the price point. Suggestions are to provide an explanation of hotel and room amenities and services upon check in, serve your clients coffee at breakfast instead of self service for that (esp given the coffee machine as not working well), ask your clients how their stay is going esp if you have someone more visible, offer to carry your clients luggage to their room if they have large bags) 5. Breakfast. Other than the suggestion above regarding coffee, you may want to ensure you have enough food at the buffet table when your hotel is busy. You should also proactively inform your clients

Highly recommend and plan to return

Amazing location. Wonderful facilities. Food and beverages are excellent. Walk/e-bike to restaurants, vineyards and bakeries. Second visit and plan to be back. A special place in a special part of France.

Great hotel but lacks personal service

The hotel is of a very high standard with wonderful views of Mont Ventoux. We had a detached garden house which was amazing. Where the hotel is lacking is around a personalised service. There are minimal staff and they rarely interact with guests. The hotel operates on a “help yourself” basis. There is an honesty bar and breakfast is entirely self service. Staff do not approach your table to clear plates until you have left. There is no food in the evening which is a shame and surprise for a hotel of this standard and which charges €350 a night. On arrival you are asked if you want a restaurant booking at a place in the village. We were reluctant but did not regret it at Le Veux Four. It became apparent that every new arrival must to recommended the same as we went a second time and all arrivals that day were in there. There is clearly a connection with the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay but the hotel could be so much more if staff interacted with guests. Even at checkout we were not asked how our stay was. As a result the hotel tends to lack atmosphere which is a real shame as the hotel itself is great. They appear to have taken it a little far in terms of making it feel “home from home”.

Absolutely of my favorite hotels ever 💕

I travel all over the world, nine months of the year. I can tell you that La Maison de Crillon is absolutely, hands-down one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Magnificent location under Mt Ventoux; beautiful room with private terrace; honor bar/food stocked with excellent wines; gracious and friendly staff. What more can you possibly ask for? I’m so happy I found this gem and will 100% be back again in the future. Thank you so much for a peaceful and amazing stay.

Wow! Staying at this hotel is like staying in a part of history. It is in a small hilltop Village, picture perfect! The service is wonderful and the accommodations could not be more stunning. The staff is friendly. The breakfast superb. So glad I stayed here!

Don't go anywhere else!

La Maison de Crillon has now become our favourite hotel...anywhere! The views are breathtaking, the public terraces spacious, the rooms comfortable, stylish, bright, and with plenty of thoughtful details. Where this property stands out for us is the overall relaxing environment and a happy team effort to take care of the clients. The manager mentioned that rather than talking about the number of stars, we should be talking about feeling "at home". This is not a snobby hotel where the guests need to feel like they have to be "up to standards". We loved how we could stay in the breakfast room until lunchtime, swim early in the morning, store our picnic supplies, use their (top quality) electric bikes. This was a PERFECT STAY! Merci à toute l'équipe! PS. Did I mention the beautifully heated pool?!
