Great location for a family. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Having the beach in the front and veggie wagon and lake park in the back was great!!

The house was close to the beach. It definitely needs some updates. Carpenter bees kept us from sitting on porch during the day.

With a young child under 3 we wanted a place very close to the beach as a priority that wasn’t too far from the boardwalk. This house checked those boxes and delivered. We spent most of our time on the front porch when we weren’t on the beach. A great stay and a good price.

Perfect Beach Getaway with Excellent Service!

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to great bars, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. The beaches were stunning and incredibly clean, making it easy to unwind and take in the scenery. We did have a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the property management team was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within two hours. Their quick attention really impressed us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall great experience!

Overall it was a great experience. Great location and loved the size of the house.My only feedback would be to update the mattresses. Way too thin for a vacation home. Other than that, we had a ton of fun.

Perfect spot by the beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 2 kids and also my parents. The 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds to accomodate everyone and the living room and porch offered nice spaces to hang out. We loved how close we were to the beach--just cross the street--and also could walk to nearby stores, restaurants, and the boardwalk. A perfect location and comfortable home!

Beach House

This property is in a great location. It’s an older house but they have done a nice job trying to keep some things updated. The main microwave didn’t work and the water doesn’t stay warm for very long but overall it was a nice stay and I felt like the property was clean and all we needed for the few days we stayed there.

Girls' Trip

My friend and I visited with our 4 teenage daughters and had a great time! The location is perfect, but we were somewhat disappointed in what was provided. Only 1 towel each, no beach towels or beach chairs, etc, no soap, extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. We had to buy all of this. Not the end of the world, but would have been nice to have known. We would return.

Great location. Roomy. Everything worked well including the A/C. But definitely could use some freshening up -- like a lot of small areas that could use paint. The door was rusting, but worked well. Looks like the kitchen was updated fairly recently, so that was really nice. I would definitely stay here again, and with some freshening up, it would give an even better impression. It seems a bit older in person than it looks in pictures. Some small things were in dis-repair like the trash cans were cracked, but still very usable. One of the rocking chairs on the front porch is about to break -- the property managers said they would take care of it when I informed them. The checkin process was super simple and the checkout process is easier than a lot of places I've stayed before too. I would definitely stay at another Bryant Real Estate property. The outside could use some freshening too.They gave us plenty of towels and wash clothes for our stay. And there's a washer and dryer too.Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: The location of the cottage is great - we were able to walk to restaurants, and the beach is right across the street (a quiet, one-way street), which is perfect. There were issues, however: the landscaping is so overgrown. There were bugs (We're from FL - so we're used to the wildlife). We called the mgmt. co.; they sent someone to spray. This "beachy charm" cottage needs updating and upkeep.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was great! However, the house needs some repair as floorboards are coming apart from each other. The rental company wasn’t very helpful in the parking situation. The whole lot was empty all week but they told us we’d get towed if we had more than 2 cars and they weren’t very helpful at finding an alternative solution. Also, a repair person just randomly showed up one day to fix blinds, but no notice was given by the homeowner or rental company.

The pictures online were deceiving! This property is in desperate need of repairs and updates! We had to clean the morning after our check in! The house did not smell clean at all! The small shower has a large crack and is plumbed backwards! The dresser drawers were broken, to open one drawer, you had to open two! The bathroom fixtures needed updating! The outside landscaping is nonexistent and the posts on the deck needs immediate attention! The microwave stopped working and a plank outside broke! We would not have booked this property considering the price we paid!

Nice deck to sit on.

There was no internet connection. The fan in the living room did not work. The pull chord was missing. After staying there, I don't think the price was justified. I feel like it was overpriced. Overall, it was okay. Didn't get the whole check in concept. Not sure I understood the point. The info could have easily been given in an email and there would have been no need to sit in the parking lot at Bryant for 20 minutes. That seemed to be a control thing to insure no one arrived early.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located in a walkable area just across the service road from a handicapped beach access, this clean cottage in a great spot. You really don’t need a car and could make out just fine without one. Our family group of 3 couples were completely at home in this well-appointed beach house and we loved the rocking chair porch, although we did add 2 baby gates at each end for the dog. There was already a Keurig there, so I did not have to take mine out of the car and there were plenty of utensils and pots ( maybe a few more teaspoons would be nice) to make our dinners. There was a dedicated pantry for our use, and plenty of room for our clothes and gear. I appreciated that the decor was nice but not intrusive nor covering all surfaces, so if we wanted to play a board game or work a puzzle, we did not have to clear off tchotchke to do it. I would definitely stay here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was not clean, we spent an hour cleaning the floors upon arrival, after our daughter spent 10-minutes walking barefoot her feet were completely black. Roaches everywhere. Mold in the shower areas. Its an older home, we get that, but clean the floors and hire an exterminator, that's a rather easy task for $300/night rate, yea its that much when you factor in all the fees. The only thing decent about this place was the location. If you're not going to clean it or maintain it, then sell it or demolish it to make way for someone who will.

The downstairs tenants came in at 2 AM and was very loud unloading their car. Sucks the parking was right at the master bedroom. Our internet was out when we checked in but we didn’t report it because we didn’t care to have someone in and out of the rental while we were on vacation. An AT&T tech was out the next AM working on it but it never stayed consistent. Second day in the master bedroom lost power so we didn’t have a TV or ceiling fan. But, didn’t care to have someone working on the place while we were on vacation. We would definitely stay again because it was great to be right across the beach and we loved sitting on the porch.

Not what we expected

To start off, we were notified on our way down that the washing machine was going to be looked at the following day which was a Tuesday. On Wednesday I called the office to see if the washer was going to be repaired and they hadn’t heard from the repair company so they had to call me back when they found out something. They did call back rather quickly and said the washer would need parts and unsure of when that would be. So we didn’t have a washing machine all week, which is a big inconvenience. The house is in desperate need of curb appeal, the place almost looks abandoned when driving up to it. The uneven floors and soft floors in some areas made us unhappy with this property. The kitchen was the only nice room in the house. I won’t book here again because of the lack of concern about the washing machine issue and the poor condition of the house overall. There is no pride in ownership and lack of maintenance.
