Este es un condominio en el tercer piso (último piso) con amplias vistas de toda la playa. Tenemos tres dormitorios, 2 baños completos, una gran terraza al lado del océano, un balcón fuera del dormitorio principal que da a la entrada y otro balcón fuera del segundo dormitorio que mira hacia el océano. La sala de estar tiene un enorme televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared y el maestro también tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. en la sala de estar. Mimi’s was just what we needed

Great place and location. Climbing stairs was tough but we had best view since we were higher up. Would def stay here again.

We had a great time! The condo was perfect. The views were amazing. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We loved playing board games while waiting out the rain. Parking was a little tricky, but once you figured it out it was fine. I think the only thing I’d change is have some beach chairs available to use. It is hard if you are traveling to pay for chairs that you cannot travel back with. Renting for a week can get quite costly.

Family Vacation

Views are incredible. The condo is surprising very large. It was very clean. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had for them. A lot of stairs and parking was challenging at times, but it was totally worth the location and the views!

Great Stay at Mimi's Place

Our family had a great stay at Mimi's Place. We all enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and spending time on the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and made us feel we were in a home away from home. The condo was a perfect setup for our family (two parents and three kids ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old). Highly recommend staying at Mimi's Place!

Phenomenal place & views

Mimi's place is perfect! It's so spacious and in impeccable condition. Loved the main living area, especially all the windows. Views are spectacular. As others have written, it is a third floor walk up unit, but I was happy to have the exercise. A1 Property Management were top notch with their communications. I'd definitely stay here again!

Fun weekend!

Beautiful views from the living room! The property was very clean and as advertised. It’s a great location. Super short, walk to a local minimart. Walkable to the boardwalk. The parking is not ideal. We did get blocked in at one point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful property - the beach is right at your back door! We stayed over the Easter weekend and it was also our daughter’s 21st birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook two big meals for the holiday/birthday celebration. There was ample room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of one another. Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms were updated, clean, and spacious. Definitely would stay again!

relaxing week

had a wonderful week here. beautiful views, beach etc. house was nicely decorated, however it needs a few repairs in the bathrooms and the kitchen could be stocked better with cooking items. parking could be challenging, but was fine during our stay. the 3 flights of stairs provided some exercise- but the house and views made up for it. overall, it was a nice place.

Absolutely amazing in every way! 10/10!!!First and foremost, the booking and communication for Mimi’s Place was excellent. The pictures were exactly how the space looked, and the listing was 100% accurate. The directions for check-in, check-out, and using the space were clear and easy to follow, which was the foundation of a perfect trip. Upon arriving, the parking is directly under the condo, which made parking a breeze. We got two cars in there comfortably, and never had an issue or worry about the cars. You put the parking pass in the windshield and stop worrying for your entire stay.The condo itself was VERY clean, and the view is perfect! The beach is outside your window and being on the top level gives you a different perspective. The private beach access is EVERYTHING! It’s in your backyard and you have unfettered access whenever you want. The beach is clean, it’s easy to access, and the convenience is priceless. We were outside as much as possible because of the convenience.Also, You will also have access to a storage unit where you can put your beach items without having to lug them upstairs everyday.We ARE coming back to NC and would plan on booking here at Mimi’s place again. 10/10 vacation!!!!

Great view and access to the beach

The unit was nice and spacious, and in a good location- close to shopping and restaurants. The only somewhat negative (or more inconvenient is probably more accurate) things are:- the parking is not ideal as there is room for only two vehicles and maneuvering in/out of the designated parking spots is somewhat cumbersome when all units are occupied. There is also no available street parking.- there were no complimentary bars of soap or body wash in either bathroom so bring your own or be prepared to run out to the closest grocery store
