• Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

• Resort parking fee: $38 per night; waived for Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members. Fees are subject to change.

• Complimentary resort shuttle operates throughout the 56-acre campus; hours vary seasonally.

• Complimentary community laundry facilities are available in each villa/building.

• The Pointe neighborhood has no elevators; stairs may be necessary.

• 20-minute registration parking spaces are available at the main entrance during check-in.

• If the villa is not ready upon arrival, luggage storage is available.

• LEGOLAND admission is separate from the resort stay.

• Resort development is ongoing through 2027. Construction hours are approximately 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• Carlsbad City and Coastal restrictions prohibit RV and oversize vehicle parking on site or city streets.

• Late arrivals after midnight must contact the resort front desk to avoid no-show cancellation.

• No pets are allowed.

• Smoking policies apply throughout the resort; guests should follow designated smoking-area requirements.

• The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

• A valid photo ID and major credit card are required at check-in.

• RVs and oversized vehicles are not permitted to park on site or on city streets.

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

• Room and neighborhood requests are not guaranteed.

• Neighborhood changes can only be coordinated by re-booking directly through Club, subject to availability.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charge upon check out.
