We were very disappointed with our stay at this beachfront property. The host tried to charge us additional cleaning fees after checkout—without our knowledge—for things that were already covered in the cleaning fee we paid upfront. They claimed there was sand in the hot tub (inevitable at a beachfront property, especially since we followed instructions to use the outdoor shower) and Cheetos on the floor, which was not the case as I did a walk-through before leaving.The property itself didn’t feel clean upon arrival. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black, a downstairs comforter had what looked like pee stains, and the outdoor trash smelled so bad it carried into the house. Several amenities were also in poor condition—the grill barely worked, the fountains were broken, and maintenance called repeatedly during our stay to address it, disrupting our trip.The location is beautiful, but the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and unfair, undisclosed charges left us very dissatisfied with this rental.

Great location with a beautiful View
Very accommodating, location is easy to find. Has easy access to beach, parking was great no hassles with our 12 seater van. Close to shopping and pretty much anything you would want to do is right around the corner. We definitely recommend.
