Woke up in the middle of the night with a bad headache took some Tylenol and tried to sleep. Woke up again at 2:00a with my head pounding! The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and patient. I asked for an ice pack, he made me one. Much appreciated and it helped.

Actually the stay at the hotel was fine. Dealing with Expedia really sucked. The AC was a bit noisy. It made a banging noise every time it came on. Other than that, the staff were great, friendly, and helpful. I accidentally booked the hotel that morning of our stay but booked it on the wrong date. I called Expedia, and they contacted the hotel to get permission to give us a refund. The guy I spoke with said we should get an email confirming our refund later that day. We never got an email and never got a refund. We basically had to pay twice to stay for one night. It really sucks paying twice when living on a tight, limited budget as a senior citizen. We often used Epedia for our travel plans, but never again.

The room was very clean and large but I didn’t like that in order to have the light on in the bathroom, the noisy fan had to be going. However, I was pleased that there was a nightlight in the bathroom! Also, the tub drain was sluggish and there was no coffee maker which was odd. The continental breakfast was pretty depleted - no waffle batter, very few bagels - my husband and I got the last 2. It was a very skimpy continental breakfast and looked as though there was no one refilling what was there. The coffee was better than most hotel coffee!
