Good location but disappointing that the spa pool was freezing cold and we paid top dollars for this place. After skiing all day that was the whole reason we booked here. Host made no comment about this when I asked via the app. Not impressed.

Cycling Getaway

The property was absolutely perfectly located for cycling at the Alphine ski resort. It was exactly what I/we were after. The accommodation was comfortable in so far as it was well equipped with what one would need for a brief getaway. The beds were a little soft for our liking, but those are really a preference and it's hard to judge what others may enjoy. What I had read in the reviews was that the owner was difficult to get hold of, so I was delighted when my questions were answered within a couple days of making our booking. However, there was confusion regarding what was sent to me, so on the day of our trip it became a bit stressful when we realised we did not have the correct details for our accommodation. At that point, contacting the host was difficult. Vbro were fabulous and within half an hour everything was sorted, and we were good to go. It would just be wise to make sure that you have checked all the information sent. I would recommend the accommodation; it was lovely once everything was settled and really great value for money. Thank you to the hosts for having us.

Our host Paul didn’t.send through the instructions to get in to the property. We had to chase him at 7 o’clock at night through the app, which was tricky due to poor cellular coverage on site. We got hold of him eventually and all was well.

Maintenance needed

Good location to Cardrona however the room was a bit disappointing- did not receive check in info until we had checked out. No reception or wifi in room, no shower door looks like it’s been broken a while with swelling to skirt board, laundry tap broken and toilet seat loose, box tv without channels and we could not lock door from in or out of room.
