The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and the large living area offers comfortable seating and a small dining table.
There's a TV for you to enjoy a movie night after a busy day at the beach.
Upstairs is open and has two sleeping areas, one side with a king size bed, and a single bed at the other end. In between the sleeping areas is a sleek shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. Outside there's a small, private garden area.
Located in a quiet residential area, this annex is just a 5-minute walk from one of Wales' finest beaches. Popular for surfing and water sports, Rest Bay has its own water sport centre where all aspects of water sport equipment can be hired. The beautiful coastline also has plenty to offer, Porthcawl promenade is central to the holiday town's character, with independent cafes, bars and shops.

Great stay!
Clean and comfortable home with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. Tim is super responsive and an all around great guy. There is an Aldie in town for groceries and should you need anything else there is a small convenience store close by. As Americans, we appreciated having a coffee maker as well. We had a car, but enjoyed walking along the water to and from town, the beach and the golf course. We visited in July and found this to be a quiet location during our visit. Thanks for a great stay!

Rest Bay Stay
Tim greeted us when we arrived, really lovely landlord. The house is really tastefully finished, very comfortable and in a quiet area, close to Porthcawl. Would highly recommend and would definitely re book.
