The apartment is a short 200m walk to Porthcawl Town Center or a 500m walk to Porthcawl Seafront for Fish and Chips, and an Ice Cream.
Use this lovely spacious apartment (57m2) to enjoy all the beaches, restaurants and delights of Porthcawl as well as a base to explore the beautiful South Wales.
The property is a lovely ground floor apartment of a converted terrace house.
Parking is located at the back of the property, and as such, the initial access into the property is a private entrance through the back gate (Shown in photographs).
The property is comprised of a bedroom with king sized bed, wall to wall fitted wardrobes, a cozy lounge, spacious kitchen and large bathroom with bath and shower.
The garden features a table and chairs and a large metal lockable shed for guests to store bicycles.
