Beautiful nineteenth property of 470 m2, located in Malepère between Black Mountain and the Pyrenees for rent in the countryside, in the town of Montreal Aude (11), which can accommodate twenty people.

Ground floor: Living room, 2 dining rooms, kitchen, billiard room, 1 WC, 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms sleeping 2 to 3, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor: 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 SDB, 1 independent toilet, park 2 hectares with wood, inground pool (12m x 5m), secure, trampoline, beautiful porch for meals with umbrella, barbecue. Guardians on the property. The property is inhabited year-round by a large family.

The park is large and allows everyone to rest in peace. Everything is done so that children can play and and the setting allows for nice family gatherings or with friends.
The property is 25 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, 1 hour from Toulouse. You can enjoy the banks of the Canal du Midi at 10 min, for family walks. The Black Mountain is 30 minutes and the Pyrenees about 1h15

To rent from Saturday to Saturday. A deposit of 600 euros will be required upon arrival.

Les propriétaires sont charmants, nous avons été bien accueillis. La propriété est parfaite pour de grandes familles. Le gardien à côté est resté discret et assez agréable. Nous avons passé un agréable moment et surtout un bon souvenir des propriétaires.

Magnifique maison dans un très beau parc. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable !

Nous étions quatorze et la maison est largement assez grande pour que personne ne se sente à l’étroit. De plus, elle a un charme fou !! Elle est bordée de grands arbres, la piscine est top, un poulailler au fond du jardin vient compléter le tableau. Il y a une immense table et une plancha dans le jardin pour les dîners. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très simples et très fluides. On se sent vraiment les bienvenus. Merci encore, on s’est régalés!!!
