Our villa is located in a green area of ​​5 000m², 15 minutes west of Carcassonne, fully enclosed, raised palm trees and oaks, flowering oleander, jasmine and honeysuckle. We rent our first floor.
You will have access to our swimming pool (11 x 5 m), its pool house, the fitted and equipped summer kitchen.
You will also have at your disposal a ping-pong table, private bowling, trampoline, swing, a massage table.
You can park your car in our park under the shade of our trees.
Our desire is that you feel at home, quiet, rocked by the song of cicadas and birds, for a short, medium or long stay during the months of June, July, August, September ...

Great hospitality and charming environment!

We stayed here for four nights to explore Carcassonne and environment. Montolieu is a charming artsy village with lovely bookshops and little streets. The place we rented was the first floor of the house with the owners living downstairs. They were extremely friendly people and really going the extra mile to make your stay most comfortable. The amenities in and outside of the house are plentiful: bowling alley, pool ( not heated though), outside kitchen .... certainly recommend this place to explore Montolieu and surroundings!

ravis et enchantés sur ce lieu

Avons été très enchantés de notre séjour, la description sur le site est vraiment la vérité, nous recommanderons ce lieu à nos amis et proches. Jolie et agréable maison, propre et bien entretenue, propriétaires charmants, leurs filles tout aussi sympathiques. La cuisine d'été à côté de la piscine super car nous pouvons être dehors du matin au soir. Hamac très apprécié pour la sieste. Enfants très contents car il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour eux, et jardin très sécurisé. Les propriétaires nous conseillent pour les activités et lieux à visiter. Nous y retournerons, et si je devais mettre une notre je mettrai 9,9/10.
