Charming detached house located in the countryside.
Private garden of 3000 m2 with organic orchard. Fully unobstructed view of the Sulcis-Iglesiente mountains.
On the ground floor: library office, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, WC, washing machine, two terraces, barbecue, outdoor furniture.
On the first floor: a large double bedroom, a children's bedroom with bunk beds, large bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub. Bed and bathroom linen provided.
The property is located 5 minutes from Iglesias, a charming town of Spanish character, with all shops and restaurants.
Less than half an hour's drive away is the beach of Porto Paglia (former tonnaire) and the panoramic road which leads to Nebida, Masua, Cala Domestica, Piscinas and Scivu, deserted beaches of rare beauty.
At 45 minutes you can reach the small islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, and the coast of Sant'Anna Arresi.
A paradise with crystal clear waters, the region also lends itself to all kinds of sporting activities, from horse riding to paragliding, from surfing to climbing, from cycling to trekking. Without forgetting archeology (nuraghes, tombs of giants, sacred wells, domus de Janas) and gastronomy! (Carignano del Sulcis and Vermentino are famous wines)

Das Objekt ist insgesamt in einem guten Zustand, liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der große Garten ist auf jeden Fall ein plus (es gibt Pflaumen und Feigen zB). Aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage außerhalb auf dem Land gibt es auch viele Tierchen (Geckos, Eidechsen, Insekten insbesondere Ameisen), die zum größten Teil außerhalb des Hauses sind . Das Haus ist auch im Hochsommer relativ kühl, wenn man in der Nacht lüftet. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Zeit

Der Check-in durch Rita war flexibel und herzlich. Rita war jederzeit über WhattsApp zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist riesig und die Aussicht traumhaft. Bezüglich der Kommentare zum Autolärm: ja, den gibt es. Wir empfanden ihn aber nicht als allzu schlimm. Ab und zu fährt nachts ein Auto vorbei. Mit Ohropax ist das aber unproblematisch.

Lässt keine Wünsche offen

Wir waren als Familie mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern im Landhaus und waren rund um glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt dort. Es handelt sich um ein gemütlich eingerichtetes, sehr schönes Landhaus mit einem großen, wunderschönen Garten. Der Garten ist mit Spielgeräten (Schaukel/ Klettergerüst) ausgestattet, ideal zum Spielen für die Kinder. Die Lage ist top, ländlich und ruhig gelegen, aber in 5 Minuten ist man in der Stadt Iglesias. Tolle Strände erreicht man alle in ca. 20 Minuten. Ebenso gibt es ausreichend Wanderrouten in der Nähe. Die Eigentümer (Denis und Gianna) waren bei unserem Besuch nicht vor Ort, die Kommunikation über Email funktionierte aber einwandfrei. Rita (die gute Seele vor Ort) nimmt einen herzlich in Empfang und steht bei Fragen etc. jederzeit zur Verfügung. Man ist also immer bestens betreut, wenn es nötig werden sollte. Da aber im Haus eigentlich alles zur Verfügung steht, braucht man diesen Service gar nicht unbedingt. Da wir Anfang April dort waren, war es zu Beginn im Haus noch etwas kühl- dafür gab es aber mobile Heizkörper, die in kurzer Zeit die Räume schön erwärmt haben-. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und möchten auf jeden Fall noch einmal einen unserer nächsten Urlaube dort verbringen.

Idylle mit Einschränkungen

Es ist ein sehr geräumiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einem wunderschönen Garten. Die Übergabe durch Rita war sehr gut, sie war auch im Nachhinein hilfreich. Leider führt unmittelbar am Haus unterhalb des Schlafzimmerfensters eine zwar kleine Straße vorbei, die allerdings als Verbindung zur Schnellstraße benutzt wurde. Deshalb in den Stosszeiten störender Verkehr (laut wegen rauem Asphalt). Nachts war es uns nicht möglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Schade, denn der Rest ist einfach traumhaft schön in Dennis' Haus. Und wenn die Schafe vorbei ziehen, ist's die Idylle.

Tolles familiäres Haus

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar Spielsachen von der Tochter der Besitzer sind vorhanden. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und ausreichend sauber, außerdem gut isoliert, so dass man es auch bei Hitze kühl innen hat. Auf einer schönen überdachten Terrasse draußen kann man gemütlich im Garten speisen, auf zwei Liegen entspannen. Man hört in der Nacht die Tiere (Esel, Pfau, Hunde...) vom Agriturismo in der Nachbarschaft, was uns jedoch kaum gestört hat. Das Haus liegt ländlich, aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von der ganz hübschen Kleinstadt Iglesias, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und leckeres Eis gibt. In zirka 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto auch fix an den Strand gefahren. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern ist unglaublich freundlich, es werden Tipps gegeben und es wurde sich erkundigt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Die Nachbarn Rita und Antonello, mit denen die Hausübergabe gemacht wurde, war sehr herzlich und es gab zur Begrüßung sogar sardische Süßigkeiten. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

House with a View

A superb offer with a great value for money ratio. Big garden, lots of countryside- just one neighbour and lots to see... House is very well maintained, comfortable and has its own style. No Ikea which is great. Our 1st visit to this remarkable island and certainly not the last.

Schönes Landhaus mit vollständiger Ausstattung

Das Landhaus liegt in einem großen Gartengrundstück an einer wenig befahrenen kleinen Strasse. Von den beiden Terrassen (SO und SW) hat man unverbauten Blick auf die umgebenden Felder und in die Hügel. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet, vor allem Küche und Bad sind super. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienhäusern in Sardinien hat man hier keine minimalistische Ausstattung, sondern findet alles was man braucht und fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, ist jedoch hochwertig isoliert, sodass man die Temperatur gut durch Lüften und Fensterläden steuern kann. Rita eine Nachbarin, die sich um das Haus kümmert, hat uns empfangen und alles erklärt. In 10min ist man in Iglesias mit Supermärkten und Restaurants und in 20min am Meer. Weitere schöne Strände erreicht man in 30-40min. Perfekte Ausflüge in der Nähe sind z.B. die Grotta di San Giovanni, die Grotta Mannau, Tempio di Antas und Porta Flavia. Unser Navi im Auto kannte trotz neuester Karte einen Teil der Strasse zum Haus nicht und hätte ungünstige Umwege geplant. Hier hilft ein Blick auf Google Maps und dessen Navigation für die letzten 5km.

Ruhig, zentral, idyllisch

Das Ferienhaus bietet allen Komfort, es ist perfekt ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Hier gibt es viel Platz, Erholung und Entspannung. Man befindet sich in ländlicher Umgebung und ist doch sehr schnell mit dem Auto in Iglesias, am Meer und in den Bergen: der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Außerdem fühlten wir uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut von Denis betreut.

Un paradiso....di tranquillita

Splendida casa di campagna immersa nel silenzio e nella bellezza del paesaggio. Attrezzata di tutti i confort, indimenticabili le grigliate la sera... Situata vicino ad Iglesias e a tutte le comodità, dal mercato del lunedì al mercato al coperto quotidiano. Da qui è facile raggiungere le splendide spiagge della zona, le consigliate grotte di Su Mannu per poi rientrare e godersi la pace e il silenzio. Super consigliata!
