The luxurious primary suite features a king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub. A second well-appointed suite also offers a king-size bed and full bath. Your beach path allows for effortless access to the renowned Captiva shoreline, perfect for shelling and sun-drenched days.

As a privately managed villa within the South Seas community, guests of Villa 2117 enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of a condominium without access to the resort's amenities. This exceptional home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and requires a minimum two-night stay.

**Please note that due to Hurricane Ian, certain building amenities such as the elevator, pool heater and more may not be functioning properly. There will also be noise associated with reconstruction. Perfect place for Captiva Homeowners, vendors, etc.**

While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), bbq grills and the beach. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options and shops just outside the resort as well.

Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit. Important Note: This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.
