This unit was brand new. It was a great location. It was walkable to all the Captiva attractions a nice town with restaurants and shops. The pool and the screened in back porch were great brought the inside out with the large 4 door moveable glass doors. The beaches about eight minute walk pretty walkable, even with our younger kids every day. I would highly recommend to stay here.
