The Aydinli cave hotel was strongly recommended to me by a close friend of mine who visited the region 2 years ago so i gave it a try. In my opinion, it is one of the best value for money in the area, it is also managed by a very friendly staff and they will look after all your needs whatever it might be. The rooms are authentic and clean, the internet connection is good and the included breakfast offers good variety of local products. The staff will organise ( on request ) transportation to/from the airport for 25TL and also if you wish to participate in any tour/balloon activity, they will book it for you. I was here in Jan 2018 and will most likely be back for the summer experience. I will definitely stay at the Aydinli cave hotel and would recommend it to anyone interested in the region.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Aydinli Cave Hotel.Where to start??? With the hospitality of the owner's family maybe who will look after you right from the moment you arrive on their door step. They will help you organize a program if needed and will assist you with any information or help you may need. The hotel itself is a beautiful place, filled with family history. Not just a cold built up place. The rooms are beautiful, very cozy and so typical. The place is clean and quiet. You can relax around the hotel if you feel like just staying in for one morning or one afternoon. Plenty of spots around to stay in and just admire the view and enjoy the sun shining over Goreme. Mr Mustafa also showed us the suites that are just astounding!!! Worth a peak! The whole place in itself is picturesque. You will have breakfast on the terrasse at the top of the hotel with a beautiful view, so close you feel like you could almost touch the hot-air balloons flying over your head early morning. Do not miss the homemade Turkish crepes at breakfast. They will make it for you! I'm really grateful to Mr. Mustafa, Jem and their family for their warm hospitality and for what was more than just a stay in another hotel: a memorable experience!

our family spent 6 nights over New Year at the Aydinli Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and has so much character. Our cave suite was wonderful and so spacious. The private Hammam is great fun and the breakfast and views are lovely. Great location for exploring the region and you don't need to worry about organising trips etc before you arrive, the hotel will arrange everything for you with great efficiency. We were looked after extremely well, and everyone was so helpful and kind. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Thank you Mustafa and all the rest of the team, we would love to come back to visit again one day

We had a wonderful four night stay at Aydinli Cave Hotel. We had a beautiful room that was spacious and warm even in the peak of winter. The room was well equipped with a great bath and shower, hair dryer, tv, desk, sitting room, fire place and a safe. The room was serviced everyday with little touches such as chocolate on NYE, free tea and water daily, which was much appreciated. The staff went above and beyond to help us out; recommending things to do and places to eat. They even dropped us at various places around Göreme for free and were more than happy to book things for us which made our trip run very smoothly. We recommend trying out the hamam at he hotel, the staff were very attentive and it was a great experience. Furthermore, breakfast overlooking Göreme had a great view and was delicious. Would recommend highly staying here.

My husband and I have had this area on our bucket list for 10 years and we finally made it come true this week. Mustafa and his son Cem ( Jim) are the best hosts one could hope for. When booking this trip, I reached out to five properties and they responded within 2 hours of my inquiry. They booked our balloon ride for us, transfer from hotel and dinner for Xmas night. Upon arrival they were very friendly and accommodating. Cem gave us a private tour of the area, helping us with great photo ops. As a certified travel agent, used to planning everyone’s vacations. It was great to have mustafa plan our days for us. They treat you like family and they accommodate any request. And a great bonus is their own private wine cellar and Hamman. Definitely recommend the couple hamman as you cannot do this in Istanbul. We will be sending all our clients here... And the balloon ride is outstanding.. make sure you stay at least 2 nights in event balloon ride is cancelled on your first day. Again if it wasn’t for Mustafa’s recommendation we may have missed our bucket list adventure. We will return one day.

My family of 8 spent 1 night in Aydinli Cave Hotel. From the 1st email communication until our departure, we have been pleasantly served with great hospitality by the entire team of this family run hotel. It was cold but the rooms were well heated. I can assure you even after a long-haul flight/journey, you will sleep in comfort and wake-up to a stunning sunrise view from their terrace. Though our balloon flights were cancelled twice due to the weather, the private tour arranged for us by the owner, Mr Mustafa was absolutely well taken care of, that we never felt disappointed not having fly the balloon. Breakfast was great and their cheese pizza is something you must try! Hot and small sized easy to pop at any time. Enticing for children! Our awesome thanks to Mr Mustafa, Ms Ozlem, Jem, Eddy, Yusuf and Ramazan our tour guide! Funny and so original. We will come back again!

My 8 nights at @aydinli_cave_hotel was pretty much fun & amazing. Never been to a hotel as amazing as it was. Not to mentioned that I get to call the owner “Baba” Mr. Mustafa he reminded me so much of my grandpa so cheerful & bright. Had to say thank you to his son CEM for being so accommodating found a new friend in him - he offered me lots of wine (Christmas night) haha! All the staff of this amazing hotel were so NICE - especially Youseef he’s just all around my Tour Guide/Drinking Buddy/Chef you name it he’s that person. To sum up everything AYDINLI made my stay in CAPPADOCIA more relaxing & memorable. I will surely come back & would stay there again. And oh they will assist you with everything you could possibly wants. XoXo

Breakfast is great ,they offered us omelette ,fried eggs or scrambled egg, gozleme ,plenty of choices for breakfast.Surely you won’t go out hungry. First I would like to thank you Mr Mustafa for your patient and swift reply all my emails throughout as I have to make it perfect stay for my group of families. It’s a great choice after going through reviews in Trip Advisor I decide to stick with Aydinli. Great healthy breakfast even got extra of hot pancakes with sweet sauce. It tastes good. Room was super spacious. Managed to witness snow at terrace. Perfect plan trip to Mt Erciyes. Good driver name of Mr Mustafa also. Tremendously we are happy. Sorry for the noise of our kiddos. Keep it up.

Stayed 4nights with 3 full days for exploring the surrounds. After booking, I received an extremely helpful email from ozlem at Aydinli outlining costs/choices for airport transfers, day tours, and most importantly ballooning. All I had to do was pick - so breezy! The prices for shuttles to/from airport are very reasonable 20-25TL. We were booked for ballooning first thing our first morning. And we were lucky it went ahead with snow the days leading up and many cancelled days! Recommend leaving an extra morning or two in case bad weather hits. Really don’t miss out on this magical experience! The north and south areas of Cappadocia can be experienced over two days with the red and green tours suggested by the hotel, many great spots to see! Göreme centre is just a little walk down a hill, many restaurants to choose from. The breakfast at the hotel is superb. Eggs cooked to order, jams, breads, cheeses, fruit, veg, and a cheese pancake that is delicious. The view from breakfast was stunning, I loved seeing the balloons again the second morning. The staff are amazingly friendly and ever helpful. Any issues or questions dealt with swiftly. The cave rooms were so unique, comfortable, and warm in the winter. Some stairs required to get around and up to the breakfast room. The hamam in the basement was another fantastic new experience. 175TL for exfoliation, soap wash, massage, and face mask. Very relaxing. There is also a wine cellar so you can try local wines. This is right up there as one of the best stays I’ve had around the world. Amazing Turkish hospitality. I will not hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone heading to Cappadocia.
