Semi-detached villa free on three sides with absolute privacy. The villa consists of large sea-view terrace with dining table, solarium with sea-view sundeck on the top floor perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and/or pre-dinner aperitifs with friends and family, barbecue area and private access to the sea reachable in a few steps through a private path. The villa is located in the municipality of Capoliveri, above Norsi beach. It has a 180-degree sea view of the entire Stella Gulf and is opposite the Island of Montecristo. Completing the property is a private cabin with shower where you can leave any beach equipment, just before the gate that divides the property and the sea.
The property consists on the second floor of large living room with sea view from which there is access to the terrace, kitchen, and bathroom while on the ground floor there are three bedrooms including two double bedrooms, one twin and a bathroom.
Adjacent to the villa is an independent studio apartment with external access from the same property, consisting of bedroom and bathroom. The house is furnished in Mediterranean style. Completing the property is a private shower cabin where you can leave any beach equipment, just before the gate that divides the property and the sea.

Host nie gesehen. Wir hatten viele Regentage. Tisch mit Stühle gibt es nur auf dem Sitzplatz Es hat quer auf den Tisch und die Stühle geregnet. Im Haus gibt es nur einen Minitisch der als Küchenablage dient, da die Küche so klein ist. Es kam keine Hilfe. Tisch mussten wir selber kaufen. Für diese Miete eine Abzockerei.

Super, tolles Haus!!!
Die Lage war unfassbar schön. Das Haus liegt in einem Hang. Die Zimmer sind so eingeteilt, dass die Schlafzimmer im EG im verbautem Hang liegen. Somit sind die Zimmer auch ohne Klimaanlage relativ kühl. Der Vermieter hat Ventilatoren gestellt. Damit ging es super. Wäre aber für uns dennoch schön gewesen wenn nicht nur ein Schafzimmer Klimaanlage gehabt hätte. Im OG befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Da die Vermieter auch selbst im Haus wohnen ist wirklich alles da was man zum Leben braucht. Also wirklich alles und noch viele mehr! :) Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Meer ist von der Dachterrasse und der Terrasse im OG super schön zu sehen. Wir haben immer die Yachten bewundert. Das Wasser war zum schnorcheln und baden ein Traum. Man erreicht den Kiesstrand (Badeschuhe brauchen nur sehr empfindliche Personen) über eine Treppe. Für ältere Leute mag diese Treppe beschwerlich sein. Bei uns waren es runter 2 Minuten und hoch 5 Minuten. In einer Hütte findet man unten am Strand Liegestühle. Die Info hätte ich gerne vorher gehabt. Dann hätten wir unsere nicht mitgeschleppt. SUP kann man unten im privaten Bereich lassen. Es gibt zwei Bars gleich unten am Strand. Die eine Bar stellt Liegen und verkauft vorwiegend Pizza und Salat. Die andere Bar eher Fischgerichte. Am Abend hört man die Musik ist, aber null aufdringlich. Im Haus hört man nix mehr davon.
Kann nur sagen: wir kommen sicher wieder! :)

Traumhafte Lage an einem der schönsten Strände der Insel
Die Abende auf den Terrassen waren wunderschön. Ein schöner Blick auf´s Meer, den Strand und die Berge. Am Strand waren wir täglich Gast in jeweils einem der zwei Strandrestaurants-bzw.-bars.
Haus und Insel waren absolut die Reise wert!

Urlaub auf Elba
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Tolle Lage, unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation. Das Haus sehr schön, besonders haben wir den privaten Bereich am Strand genossen.

Tolle Urlaubsvilla!
Sehr gute Ausstattung, wir haben eigentlich nichts benötigt ausser der Einkäufe für Kochen und Grillen. Die Räume waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. der Zugang zum Meer hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut, so war keine Autofahrerrei nötig um ans Meer zu gelangen, Liegen und Schirme waren in einer Kammer vor Ort mit inbegriffen . Ein kleines Strandrestaurant ist ebenfalls vorhanden mit leckeren Speziealitäten. Einfach toll!
