Attic studio of 35 msq, completely renovated in ethno-chic style, with wonderful sea view, excellent southern exposure and small outdoor space. It is composed of a large day-night area with a kitchen area and a dining area, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower. Our customers can enjoy a splendid and relaxing sea view from the terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. The apartment has satellite TV and private parking space.

Le persone che si occupano di gestire la prenotazione, un agenzia dell isola non sono per niycomunicativi. Nella descrizione della struttyc'e scritto animali ammessi non è previsto nessun pagamento extra invece dopo aver prenotato con tariffa non cancellabile hanno preteso 30 euro in più. L accesso al monolocale è una scala a chiocciola molto ripida di ferro, il mio cane non voleva salirla quindi ei stato davvero complicato. Nella mansarda non c è aria condizionata in estate temo sarà molto caldo. L orario del checkout le 9.00 mi sembra davvero eccessivo

Posizione strategica monolocale in buone condizioni, assenza di aria condizionata però a noi non sarebbe servita, per accedere all'appartamento bisogna utilizzare una scala a chiocciola
