Very comfortable stay

We were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a bar fridge in the room. We also were happy that there was an iron and ironing board in the room. We paid for parking and parked in the next building. It was very safe.

Every day there is the consistency of delivery and the ability to execute by friendly staff. Double windows seal the sporadic noise that comes from street level. I had a steak there worthy of a top steakhouse!

This hotel is fantastic, and every single person who works there is so welcoming and helpful. Only downside is the location, which seems a bit unsafe at night. But availability of ubers and taxis make that downside less of an issue.

Lovely hotel in Cape Town's CBD

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. Breakfast in the morning had choices to satisfy everyone. My guests enjoyed dinner with me in the hotel - excellent service and agreeable food from a limited menu.
