A delightful Town Lodge, just off the N1, at the entrance to Tygervalley, Cape Town. The rooms were nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned with the linen changed on a daily. basis. Special mentioned must be made of the very friendly and helpful staff., which certainly made for a pleasant and memorable stay. A very delicious buffet breakfast is offered in a pleasant dining room with polite and helpful staff. Would recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This bed and breakfast offers full English Breakfast with a wide selection of fruit (you'll thoroughly enjoy if you're a "fruitie" like myself). Rooms are small but very well kept and decent for a 1 star. There's aircon, complimentary tea/coffee but no bar fridge. There's a Collins Grill n Butcher restaurant on the property. Please don't order room service, you'll be thoroughly disappointed; rather visit the restaurant. The food tastes sooo great and served well unlike for room service (strange! but true). There's drought in Cape Town so showers are cut to 2mins! Please try best to adhere to that for those who will have to stay behind without water. The lodge is located just off the N1 and very close to Canal Walk for your shopping experience! There's also Tygervalley mall (do try Marcels frozen yoghurt, you only find it in Cape Town, English toffee is the best flavour) 2mins drive away 15 mins walk. There's a Virgin Active opposite the mall for exercise junkies like myself.

The place is not ideal for a lengthy stay. I stayed for 4 days sleeping on a two single beds combined to form a double bed. No decent place nearby to dine, one has to drive to find a dining place. Parking space is very limited.

I have stayed here a number of times in the past without incident. This time was an absolute disaster! The Front Desk staff are the pits and treat their customers like dirt - yes, I have other words that I could use. Suffice to say the management have contacted me to get my full story and have yet to respond again. Will they ever see me again? No ways!

Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpfull. Excellent breakfast and per chance something does go wrong, maintenance are quick to resolve them efeciantly. Worth noting that if you are visiting over the weekend then do select the rooms at the back as the noises from the nightlife across the parking area do get loud. Will most definitely return.

I stayed here on business for one night. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Service was outstanding and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a very wide spread and very well prepared and served.

My daughter was writing exams at nearby hospital complex and we chose to stay here for convenience to avoid travelling in heavy traffic. The hotel is offering a spacious room ,clean and equipped with everything necessary.Although there is no restaurant food can be ordered from a kitchen.Very professional and friendly staff.

Clean rooms, clean public areas, typical of this chain. This hotel never really disappoints and I've been a regular here. Sparkling pool. Ample parking. Friendly staff. If there was one negative it would be that the cleaning staff make quite a racket in the early mornings and if you're near the breakfast area then expect banging plates to resonate very early. If you plan on sleeping in get a room far from the public areas.

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of days on a business trip. The hotel has friendly competent staff that really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent and I would recommend the home made curry fish made by a staff member Saartjie in house any time. Overall very nice and well done to all concerned.

A nice and decent hotel with ok room size. Wi-fi worked fine. The breakfast was awesome with a big selection of warm and cold things. The only minus comes from the carpet in the room, which causes unnecesserly symptoms...
