The staff were very helpful. However, the hotel is located on the second floor of a shopping mall along a busy main street, right next to a gas station — not the most ideal setting for a relaxing stay. While the surrounding area is quite nice, the hotel’s location and setup leave much to be desired.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean overall although the shower could use some work. Air conditioner was very loud and was leaking, which resulted in a few unexpected showers on us on the middle of the night. Birds were also very loud, in addition to the traffic noises (which we anticipated ), so it was hard to sleep past 5 am.

Had asked before booking to see if I could do a early check in as we were flying for over 20 hours they indicated they would do there best touched basis with them again before we arrived and asked what the chance were for a early check in they assured me that they would do there best we arrived at hotel at 9 only to check in at 2:45

The staff at this hotel were excellent and they do care for their customers. We were however checked in very late past the official time and one room did have a issue with the sink in the bathroom on the last day which lucky for me, didn't really impact the stay. Location is great and the mountain views are amazing in the morning.
