There is a dedicated paved smoking area. Please ONLY smoke in this area.



NOISE POLICY

This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device.



CAMERAS

Exterior cameras are monitoring the driveway, entrance, and both sides of the property for the cottage and sauna patio areas.
