The home offers a well appointed kitchen with all modern conveniences such as dishwasher, microwave, oven hob, Nespresso coffee machine and all utensils for any culinary delight. Washing machine and tumble drier in separate laundry area.
The house is situated within a 3km radius of numerous and famous wine estates that offer great wines and varied eatery experiences. In close proximity to a large number of restaurants, fast food outlets and social cafes.
