Établissement inexistant Arnaque J ai contacté le numéro de téléphone comme précisé dans l annonce afin de prendre contact avec la personne responsable de soit disant m accueillir. La personne qui a répondu au téléphone m a dit qu elle venait me chercher à l adresse Indiquée sur l annonce mais elle n est jamais venue et n à plus répondu au téléphone. J ai donc contacté hôtel. Com . pour expliquer le problème. La personne du service client hotel.com a téléphoné aussi et la communication a été coupée ( je pense volontairement) Je me suis donc retrouvé en vacances en famille Avec mes 2 enfants , le soir, sans hôtel !!!! J ai donc demandé un remboursement
