Don't judge a book by it's cover

The place is exactly as depicted on the website but we had too many problems during our stay. My family will never recommend this place to anyone. We wouldn't even go there if someone paid us to. We have stayed in many hotels, chalets, self catering places locally and internationally and know what is acceptable service and what is not. Axis apartments did not meet those standards. Communication with the agent was via WhatsApp, only text😲. We had no hot water, lucky the security of the building was kind enough to assist and set the geyser higher for us, the units ran out leaving us in the dark with a 4 month old baby. No electricity. So we had to worry about using certain appliances etc dishwasher, washing machine, stove even the kettle as they take a lot of power. So in essence, we paid for all these nice things but couldn't really use it. The front desk of the building is regulated by security guards. There is no agent on site to deal with any issues or problems you may encounter in your unit. Location is superb, but that's all.
