position makes the apartment ideal for leisure or business travel. Walk
to the CTICC or take a 5-minute drive to the V&A Waterfront. Just a
10-minute drive to Table Mountain and the famous beaches of Clifton and
Camps Bay.

This designer studio bedroom apartment features a modern design with
lush finishes throughout. It has a kitchen, a comfortable queen-size
bed, a TV with Netflix, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The
13th-floor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the Cape Town night
skyline and daytime city views with a backdrop of the De Waterkant
hill, the stadium, and the City.
The building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered
parking, and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the
building is the 27th-floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which
