When we arrived at the property we were not told a full on construction site was across from us. We were woken up every morning by construction workers and heavy equipment. The out door lights were not working and the garbage from previous guests was still there. We listened to this and watched every single day till it got dark. I sent a video and emailed 3 times before they responded that it was not there concern. A good property manager would have known this was going on and advised us and or offered a different property. I will never rent from them again. They have several bad reviews and also with the better business bureau. I certainly hope that the people at this vacation property never have this happened to them. It was an expensive property and we were treated unfairly. They have lost us as annual renters for good

Family Vacation - Beautiful Home & Neighborhood!

This home was beautifully decorated, very clean and fully accommodating with TVs in every room! It was a Smart Home with outlets galore which was very appreciative with all of our electronic devices and both my daughter and I having to use our laptops. The Property Management Co. were very courteous, welcoming and communicated upfront if we needed anything to contact them. We all loved hanging out at the pool and lanai! Great location and wonderful neighborhood. We felt very safe. We ventured out to visit Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva; all in close proximity! Great time…we will be sure to revisit!
