Upon entering through screened in front entry way, you'll immediately be greeted with views of pool and lake.

The lounge room with modern touches is one of two living areas in Cape Coral & Chill. The comfy faux leather lounger is available as extra sleeping space; bedding provided. Access to pool and outdoor space via huge sliding glass doors.

Turn right and you'll enter the spacious master bedroom with king size premium mattress and 55inch Roku TV. Your ensuite bath with luxury tile throughout has 2 pedestals sinks, LED mirror, large jacuzzi tub and free standing shower. Access the pool directly via sliding glass doors.

To left of the entry way you'll see the colorful game room with full size air hockey table. The custom arcade machine gives you access to 17,000+ games. They're all on there!

Next, enter the kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space. Wine fridge and coffee/tea bar there for your convenience. The kitchen overlooks the dining room which comfortably seats 10 (6 at the table, 4 at kitchen bar) and features 2 walls of sliding glass doors leading out to the pool.

The second of the 2 living rooms completes this space boasting comfy leather couches and 65 inch Roku TV.

The living room and kitchen share a wall with the Space bunk room with twin over full bunk and twin trundle bed. Pack-n-Play also available. Across the hall is the Beach queen bedroom which promotes relaxation and a good night's sleep on premium bedding. In between the 2 bedrooms is a shared guest bath with walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for you.

Our home comfortably sleeps 7 adults or up to 9 if more then a couple kids. Please message us if you'd like to discuss other sleeping options.

-Pool will be heated without extra fees during high season Jan to April. We may charge a nominal heating fee in the off season when rates are discounted.

-Hurricane Season. It's unpredictable. We will work with you on rescheduling your stay with us or some other arrangement if needed. If you're evacuating from a hurricane area this area is a great option.
