A luxurious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with split floorpan putting the master suite on the northern side of the house. The Master Suite with King sized bed has direct access to the pool area, wall mounted ROKU TV and its own Master Bathroom with walk around shower and large tub. BOSE sound system to connect your phone to and enjoy your tunes is also provided in the Master Bathroom and can be moved.
Guest bedrooms are both fitted with queen sized beds and wall mounted ROKU TV's and each have a spacious walk in closet. The southern guest bedroom has direct access to the pool area. Both guest bedrooms share a large bathroom with pool area access. Dual sinks allow for multiple users and the large shower is situated for easy access from the patio.
The large Dine-In Kitchen offers upgraded countertops and all appliances needed for perfect entertainment and even the professional cooks. A Keurig and Drip style coffee maker is also supplied along with Air Fryer and other small appliances. Guests may enjoy seating at the spacious 4 seat countertop or adjacent dining area fit for up to 6. BOSE portable speaker with mobile connectivity is also supplied for kitchen and living room area and can be moved throughout the home.
The living room features a large leather seating arrangement and 75" ROKU TV with access to your own streaming accounts. This area is nicely decorated with wall art and beautiful lighting.
The pool area would be considered the highlight of the home as it features a large electric heated pool with multiple outdoor seating and lounging areas. From a fire pit to just lounging under the sun, or the outdoor kitchen to host the perfect BBQ with friends and family right by the pool side. You can even enjoy the big game pool side on the wall mounted 55" ROKU TV that can be viewed from almost the entire patio area.
For all outdoor lovers the home also supplies 2 kayaks for guest use. Both can be used to explore the area or to stroll over to Cape Harbor, where shopping, dining and night time entertainment make Cape Coral come alive.
Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
