Excellent stay- house was plenty big for our family of 4. The lanai and pool were a great size compared to some other rentals we have had in the past. Pool was clean and warm, BBQ and patio furniture were clean, and the outdoor TV was a big hit. Beds were comfortable and there were enough supplies to get us through our week. We really wished there was a blender, and a few pods of coffee to start us off would have been a nice touch (again, comparing past stays in other rentals. We got in late so we didn't get to the grocery store until the next day- it would have been nice to wake up and enjoy a coffee outside on day 1, but it's a minor detail). Beach chairs, umbrella, and a few sand toys were much appreciated. Batteries in remote controls didn't work- we change one ourselves and left the other and didn't bother using the living room TV during our stay, and I needed to change all of the clocks in the house myself (it was time change a week before our arrival). The washing machine was left closed so it did have that mouldy front loader small, but I'm sure a good cleaning would fix that. The canal was lovely and quiet, neighbours were friendly, and it was easy to get to Fort Myers, groceries, etc... Overall a very good stay and we would do it again. Thanks!
