With the money I paid I expected better. The TVs never worked and when I inquired about it they did not seem to care about fixing it quickly. The internet was scheduled for maintenance but we were never told. The TV's needed new remotes and the last said they have had problems with this issue before here. I finally got the remotes the last day I was there and then they wanted me to program them. Not my job!!Also it was very warm and to not be able to adjust the AC to a comfortable setting was ridiculousThe pool was suppose to be be warm and it never was. The only person that helped with anything was the guy who came to clean the pool.I am very disappointed and will be way more cautious if I book with this management service again
