Welcome to the Summer Breeze

Summer Breeze vacation villa offers a great set up for any party. Located in a quiet, upscale and desirable neighborhood in SW Cape Coral, this home sits on a southern facing lot with a beautiful, extra wide canal. Gulf access is less than 30 minutes by boat!
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. When entering the large front door, you are greeted with a fantastic view of the tropically lush pool area and a relaxing sitting area.
Summer Breeze offers an oversized outdoor space with an electrically heated swimming pool, waterfall spa and large covered lanai sitting area with picturesque views of the waterway. The main bedroom with on-suite master bathroom is privately located on the left side of the house while the two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom on the right side of the home offering plenty of privacy for any group.
The additional half bath is located on the covered lanai for quick access when enjoying the outdoors.
Hi-speed internet is accessible throughout the home and a private den/office is available for those needing to work remotely. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with high-end, stainless steel appliances and all necessary kitchen utensils. Enjoy your meals in the formal dining room, at the breakfast bar or the outside lanai patio. The family room in the right rear of the property is very comfortable and cozy and features a large flat panel TV and sleeper sofa. The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortably in this beautiful set up.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The home features bicycles to get around the neighborhood and explore Cape Harbor or the many great bicycle trails.
Whether you are swimming in the pool or relaxing in a lounge chair, Villa Summer Breeze has plenty of places to soak up the sun or cool off in the shade - whatever you prefer. For the fishermen in the group, bring your boat and park it at the captain's dock.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.

We absolutely loved this house. It was our 4th VRBO in Cape Coral and this one was, by far, the best. Great layout. Nice pool and hot tub. Lovely view of a canal. Wish we could rent it next year, but it’s already rented. Darn!

We loved staying at Summer Breeze. Home is beautiful and clean. Coffee by the canal every morning watching the birds and fish jump. Peaceful and close to Sanibel and FtMeyers. We saw the tiniest frog I have ever seen. I thought it was a bud in the pool.

Other than the check in experience this was a fantastic property, and we would definitely rent again. When we arrived the code that was given to us would not work. After 20 minutes on the phone, they gave us an emergency code and told us they would be out the next day to see what was wrong. We were there 5 days and they never showed up.
