This house is stunning. The location is perfect, very quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock and outdoor lounge area. Highly recommend this house!

This was an awesome property for our 41 day stay in Cape Coral. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, offered all we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily 4 mile walks, the swimming pool, spa, multiple TVs, view of the channel, and all amenities of this home. Janice was very responsive to any questions we had. Great winter retreat!

The host responded quickly to any questions. The house was very clean and beautiful. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing or in the hottub! Great family house! We will definately stay here again.

We loved staying at this beautiful house! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were amazing! Loved sitting outside and looking at the canal and the stars at night. It would be a great place for kids with the bikes, kayaks, and fishing gear. The neighborhood was very nice and felt safe taking walks. The host was so pleasant and accommodating to work with. We could not have been more pleased with our stay.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Cape Coral!

We go to Cape Coral annually and this has been one of my favorites! It was super clean, updated, lots of amenities, kitchen tools, pool and hot tub were great, good fishing, and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

The best family vacation!

We had the best time staying here for the week! The home had everything we could possibly need while traveling with a 3 year old and 9 month old. We spent most of our time out by the pool! The property manager so quick to answer any questions we had too. Loved every minute of our stay and hope to be back!

Great Stay

They have everything you may need right there for you! Fishing gear to fish off the dock in the canal. Beach chairs and plenty of towels and linens. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the pool was so great!!

A great property that is exactly a pictured. The kitchen is ver well equipped with everything you need. The layout of the house is amazing with gathering spaces and privacy between the master and other bedrooms. All the toys and supplies you could need to enjoy a day by the pool, fishing off the dock or at the beach.

Wonderful house!

We booked the house for an anniversary weekend and the house was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! The beds were great, the hot tub was marvelous, and the owner was absolutely precious! Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this home for 2 weeks. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The home was very clean. I appreciated the necessities of garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap and travel size toiletries. Kitchen is very well stocked! Pool area was so nice with lots of seating. We would stay here again and recommend this home.

Baseball vacation

Played baseball in Fort Myers for a week. Hot tub was great. Loved the outdoor space. My girlfriend visited for two days and enjoyed as well.

Florida Time

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked with amazing amenities from cooking supplies to pool toys and beach equipment. If we travel to the Cape Coral area again we will most definitely stay at this home again.

Fantastic Place!

We always stay at a VRBO when we travel and this one ranks at the top. It was incredibly clean and even nicer than the pictures. The best part....the beautiful lanai! Hanging out by the pool, playing games outside and lounging in the hot tub where the highlights of our trip.

Exceeded expectations

We loved our stay at this home! It was clean, inviting, comfortable, and we were able to settle right in for our short Christmas Vacation. We lived at the pool most days and didn’t feel the need to go out and do anything but hang out. We will stay here again when we come to this area!
