The 2023 newly renovated villa was built in a Florida style and it is located in the south of Cape Coral (Rosa Garden Area) on the popular Lake Britannia. Enjoy the view of the lake from the large patio. The western rear exposure guarantees you stunning sunsets. The tastefully equipped house offers you a large, well-lit living room with an open kitchenette and 5 invitingly furnished bedrooms. In the living room, you will find a large flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo and WLAN high speed internet access (master bedroom has an additional TV). You will surely spend most of the time on the insect-protected patio. Swim in the large heated pool (heat pump) and whirlpool and listen to the sounds of the palms. Finally you can have your meals outside with the sun! A helpful and friendly manager is ready to help you.There is a large American Weber-grill on the patio. Passionate fishers will value the rich population of fish in the salt water lake. Without setting a foot out outside of the vacation residence, you can go fishing for tropical fish. Of course, you can also just enjoy the sunset and watch the dolphins and manatees.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
