Come escape to this tranquil home located in Cape Coral FL - this newly remodeled home has plenty of room for you to have a nice relaxing time with family or friends. The moment you walk in the door and see the pool and canal your vacation will start. You have a separate Family Room and Game Room. Game room has an air hockey table and a two-person arcade game. Open concept with great views out of the large pocket sliding doors. You will catch yourself relaxing with ease. Get too hot.. just jump in the pool to cool off. Want to fish- go sit under the Tiki on the dock and throw some lines in the water and see what you could catch. Great restaurants nearby, so with live music in the evenings. And if the beach is your thing. they are not too far - ranging from 15- 40 minutes away (depending on traffic) So many choices to have on your vacation.
