We loved this home and all it had to offer: fully stocked kitchen, games, books, pool, hot tub, enclosed patio, TVs & Rokus, comfy beds, quiet residential neighborhood, and basic starter necessities (Extra TP, a few laundry & dishwashing detergents, extra towels, coffee filters, seasonings, and some bottled water in the fridge.) Spacious, clean, tidy, modern, well lit, and comfortable. A great place to call home for a week. Tucked away from traffic and noise but still quite a convenient location. Grocery and drug stores, as well as several restaurants, are within a 2-3 min drive. About 30 min from the beach or other tours / attractions. We very much enjoyed our time and appreciated Mary and Bruno for sharing their space with others!

Stay at Villa Spain Cape Coral

With so many illnesses still going around I came armed with loads of disinfectant cleaners. What a pleasant surprise the home was so clean felt comfortable moving in as is. We had a small issue and upon calling Mary it was immediately taken care of. We will be vacationing in Florida again and will look for properties managed by them. We found this property to be nicer than pictures, so all of our surprises were pleasent. Highly recommend

The property is as described and as the pictures show. Very clean when we arrived. Contactless check in/check out process was very easy. I was very satisfied with the communication with the property managers. I had texted some questions about minor things with the property and they were answered in a timely manner. Even on a Sunday, I needed to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that were locked in the garage. I texted one of the property managers and the response was quick and I was able to acquire the needed equipment. I would definitely recommend this property for families or multiple couples,

The house performed wonderfully for us. Loved the pool which was heated just right. Could have used more towels and garbage bags, otherwise no big riff. The reclining furniture is a feature that should not be taken for granted- VERY comfortable stay.

Very nice property, disappointing spa experience not separate for heating and not a proper spa .location nice and close to shops etc, safe area, after reading previous review the bedding was not updated and was very uncomfortable to sleep on had to purchase a bed sheet ourselves informed via a note left at property but no offer of reimbursement Was made!.barbecue was not very clean when used we left it cleaner than When we arrived!! Bruno purchased a kettle for the villa on request, enjoyed our stay very much .

The home is decorated so beautifully with cute beach nick knacks all through the home! We grilled every night and enjoyed eating poolside! The Tiki bar and television made it tough to spend anytime inside the home! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook with which was much appreciated! It was a wonderful trip! We were very pleased with our stay at this property and will be staying again the next time we are in Cape Coral!
