It was the first time to St. Charles and we had a great time. The property was fantastic. Very clean and charming. It was perfect for a weekend. The check-in process was a little complicated as we didn't get our check in information until an hour before we arrived. But everything else was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Cape Utopia was amazing. Everything as pictured. Easy walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. Right down the road from a beautiful park. Elizabeth has thought of so many little details for her wonderfully decorated, old-world charm home. The porch was fabulous for reading and just relaxing.

This older home has been lovingly restored and is nicely decorated with period pieces. We felt safe having our family here, including a one year old. The rent porch was my favorite place to sit and relax. Issues that arose or questions that came up were promptly handled by the host. We enjoyed our time in Cape Charles and in this charming home.

Early October on the Eastern Shore of Virginia

What a great trip! Our first trip to the Eastern Shore and it won't be out last. What a terrific VRBO. It had everything we needed and more. Loved the historic home. Our host, Elizabeth, was attentive and welcoming. We will be back to Cape Charles and we will return to this home. The location was centrally located and we enjoyed our walks to the beach and to the main street area. Can't recommend more highly!

Great vacation home in Cape Charles

We really loved staying at this home. It was stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable, it was easy to keep the cottage cool, the location is great, and they were pet friendly which was great for our first vacation with our pup. The home is a great mix of vintage and antique charm but modern amenities - the bathrooms are great!

Great little gem in Cape Charles

This property was a great find for our first time in Cape Charles. We stayed with another family and had three young kids. Lots of toys and kid/baby supplies that made our trip easier. FWIW you’ll get the code to get into the house after the cleaners leave on the day of check in. Good communication with the owner.

Great house great location

Excellent location. Nice stock of get started essentials. Comfortable beds. Love the covered front porch. Only thing I would have liked is a bigger refrigerator. Lots of little extras like beach towels bad chairs. Great for babies with a pack and play and high chair seat. Tv in all bedrooms. It’s a duplex but I only heard the neighbors slightly once or twice. Not a problem.
