Perfect Relaxing Holiday

Just had the most perfect relaxing holiday. Hotel staff were all fantastic and were very helpful - especially Jimmy! Location was superb - close to the beach and easy walk to the resort centre. Good variety of food at breakfast and dinner. And all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing staff, very good food, increadible beach, good pool. Water was not included and was always charged for both breakfast and dinner. No parking at the hotel (only street parking).

Lovely hotel. Wonderful friendly service. Great pool. My only small complaint is the water at the table. During breakfast one could use the water fountain to fill a glass of water. During dinner they always blocked the water fountain off and you had to pay for bottled water. I don't mind paying for a Jug of water but there is a water fountain, so why then bottled water that has to be brought in on diesel trucks?

Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer und Hotel sind schön gestaltet. Kleine MĂ€ngel im Zimmer (Safe, defekter Fön) wurden sofort behoben. Sehr leckeres abwechslungsreiches FrĂŒhstĂŒck- und Abendbuffet. Der Meerblick auf die Cala Agulla Bucht ist spektakulĂ€r.

Hotell för dig som helst badar i pool

Hotell som i princip var inriktat mot tyska turister. Receptionspersonalen varken förstod eller pratade engelska. Rent och vÀlskött hotell. Bra frukost och middag med skaplig variation. TyvÀrr var det mÄnga som rökte bÄde i anslutning till restaurangen och inom poolomrÄdet. Fin utsikt frÄn restaurangen men poolomrÄdet var instÀngt med murar som begrÀnsade utsikten. DÄlig tillgÀnglighet för att bada i havet vid hotellet. För att bada i havet krÀvdes att gÄ till stranden ca 10 min bort som var mer Àn överfull.

Vi hade det vĂ€ldigt bra! Det bĂ€sta var nĂ€rheten till den vackra stranden! BekvĂ€mt med frukost och middag inkluderat, var ganska bra mat, inte den bĂ€sta. Ett minus var att inte vĂ„r balkong hade avskĂ€rmning till andra balkonger men det funkade Ă€ndĂ„! Stort minus var deras sprĂ„kkunskap. Vi Ă€r svenskar och de kunde nĂ€stan bara spanska och tyska. FörstĂ„eligt nĂ€r tyska Ă€r dominant i ”stan”.

Ort: Cala Agulla ist einer der schönsten Orte von Mallorca. Von Cala Agulla kommst schnell zu fuss nach Cala Ratjada und der Strand ist top. Wunderschöne SonnenaufgĂ€nge. Hotel/Zimmer: Hotel ist ein gutes 4-Stern. Das Zimmer war sehr klein fĂŒr 2 Personen. Vor allem das Bad. Obwohl eingeschrĂ€nkter Meerblick versprochen wurde, konnten wir das Meer vom Zimmer aus nicht sehen.
