The bed was wonderful! The room was very clean. The toilet had an issue with flushing at times. The shower was great. Ac and heat worked great also. It was hot outside and then a cold front came in. We are looking at staying here again.

Location is ideal for canyon lake. I had trouble with the lock when I first arrived and the owner was reachable and helpful. Unfortunately the room was less than ideal and did not look like the pictures on expedia. It smelled moldy and musty, the shower had significant amounts of mildew/mold. As a solo woman traveler I would have appreciated a more secure room. The owner has access to the room and there is no internal lock to feel more secure. I stayed two nights out of a 6 night booking as the second morning there was a huge cockroach. All things combined I was not comfortable continuing my stay. I contacted the owner via email and expedia with no remedy. I would avoid staying here.
