Great house with game room in Canyon

We had a great stay at this property in Canyon. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is comfortably decorated. We chose this property because of its proximity to the university and separate bedrooms meant privacy for everyone. The beds and couch were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay, and it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Our dog enjoyed the large backyard space-lots of room to run around. The whole family loved the basement game room-with air hockey, foosball, an arcade-sized football video game, plus various board games, Jenga, etc. Owners were responsive and super friendly. We were in Canyon for a tour of WTAMU-conveniently located near the campus, as well as Palo Duro Canyon. *Don't miss Honey Buzz Winery (get a Mead flight!) and Ozymandias of the Plains-closer than Cadillac Ranch and never crowded (Bring your spray paint)!We will definitely return to this property next time we come to Canyon.

the grill was not cleaned and I would not cook on it. one other thing is to make sure that people know that the beds down stairs are not in a bedroom they are in the entertainment room.

Perfect little place for larger family

The house was great ! The kids loved the game room downstairs and that room served a place for all the kids to hang out and give the adults some time too ! Location was great , communication with Whitney was top notch . Highly recommend !
