Doves Rest Cabins - Phantom
In the 1920’s, the U.S. National Park Service commissioned Mary Elizabeth Jane Colter to draft plans for a series of cabins, a historic oasis nestled at the bottom of Grand Canyon. She named them the Phantom Cabins. Still in operation today, these rustic cabins are built of wood and native stone blending with the natural beauty of the setting. Colter literally invented the “Rustic Look” that now all National Parks in America incorporate. The vision for Doves Rest in creating our version of Phantom Cabins was blending the same Mary Coulter building tradition into our one-bedroom rustic jewels. We’ve incorporated a similar feel & look that blends with our own unique natural beauty and Native American history. Elegant and modern touches inside, along with full technology packages are not over-looked in each of these identical cabins for our discriminating guests that have come to expect and enjoy from Doves Rest Resorts.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
