Location, location, location. The flat is in the heart of Canterbury, so the shops are a two minute walk away. However it is also right opposite a very loud hotel/pub which is open until 2am... and there is unfortunately no double glazing.The kitchen wasn't very clean, there was mould in the bathroom, especially around the bathtub and the light fitting looked hazardous.Installing double glazing, getting the flat deep cleaned and the unprofessional DIY sorted would go a long way to make this a good place to rent.
