Falta Funcionário e cuidado com as instalações

A experiência nesse hotel é sempre traumática. Primeiramente pq ñ tem funcionários suficientes para atender. Os funcionários são muito esforçados e atenciosos, mas a demanda é muito maior do que conseguem atender. A recepção está sempre vazia; A reserva prevê estacionamento, porém pela manhã não sabem onde o carro está, ao procurar descobri que o carro foi colocado na rua. As instalações são mal cuidadas. Estava chovendo e havia goteiras por todo corredor do saguão, com risco de queda devido ao piso ficar escorradio com a água; e no último andar também estava todo molhado; O quarto estava cheirando a cigarro, trocaram de quarto e o segundo apresentou problemas no ar condicionado num dia de calor extremo. Como não havia outra disponibilidade, acabaram me dando um up grade num quarto com o teto do banheiro desabando, luzes queimadas, cortina caída, aranhas pelo teto e dentro do banheiro; Pela manhã havia um morcego na porta do quarto e para conseguir entrar foi necessário 1 hora, pois não havia quem pudesse tirá-lo de lá, atrasando todo meu dia; Somente depois que exigi que resolvessem meu problema que a atendente resolver sair atrás de alguém que resolvesse.
