Best part of the hotel by far are the views, which make the terrace bar bustling as a result. Otherwise hotel is a has been that's having trouble keeping up. Really needs a complete refresh. That would also make the staff happy. They were nice but felt overwhelmed. Standard room was a decent size but not big. Pool and spa is a long walk through a made of tunnels. It too needs updating. Food was so so. Again, view from the restaurant was great. Finally location is mixed depending on what you want. We wanted close to the beach but not in the pure center so it was prefect for us.
I stayed in this Radisson in Cannes in end of July 2017, for 7 days. The positives are the fact that you have access for free at the Thermes Marines and pool and the personnel is very nice. They also have spa treatments that you can enjoy at extra cost. The view to the seaside is amazing. The drawbacks are that the hotel, though it is 5 stars , could use some refurbishment-repainting on the corridors. I had some incidents-my towel disappeared from the room and they were unable to find it, my toilet seat was moving and I mentioned that in several occassions as this is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The manager was quite nice and enjoyable person, he did take the time to discuss and offer a small gift as an apology and a written letter. I appreciated the fact that the manager listened to the complaints which in services business is key to retaining clients.
Warm welcome as soon as we arrived. View from the hotel was spectacular. Staff were pleasant and very welcoming. Hotel is nicely done, definitely when in Cannes we loved to stay again. Recommended to anyone looking for hotel in the area.
Spent a long weekend with my wife at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the amazing careful staff. Everybody went beyond their duty to make us feel great and make this a very memorable stay. We loved the plentiful buffet and attentive service. We greatly recommend the hotel and hope others will enjoy this wonderful property and experience the great service.
I have stayed in short days for business trip. Fantastic seaside location and very nice crews. I just stayed for business trip this time, but I hope to visit this hotel again next time with my family in near future for my vacation.
Stayed for two nights of which were the most uncomfortable nights sleep ever. The bed was not fit to be called a bed. We upgraded to a sea view room, the view is ok, it's obscured by trees, either way it's not worth the noise from the busy street. The extremely busy road noise was very bad and people were outside the hotel chatting until late. The patio doors didn't close properly if you shut one side the other side opened. The breakfast was definitely not worth €35 each. There was a leak in the bathroom meaning the floor was constantly wet. On the second night the hotels club was in full swing and we had to go to sleep to the constant thumping rhythm. Luckily we didn't have children with us as the pool area is not suitable for them at all is a spa environment not a family pool. On the plus staff were friendly.
We stayed three nights in connection with my daughters 18 years birthday. The people working on the hotel impressed me very much, in the reception, in breakfast, spa og room-cleaning. Everything was perfect. The person we dealt with most times was the concierge service. His name started with L I think. Very service minded and helpful person. He did everything to help when we asked him. Rooms were smaller than we thought, but still very nice. The swimming pool was very nice - open from 9am till 8pm and free for the guest. No screaming children there only people who behaved in a respectful and polite way. Think location of hotel was really perfect and my car was safe in the hotel garage. Very good breakfast with good selection. We did not try the restaurants for dinner.
Stayed here for a week and would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Close to the beaches and plenty of restaurants at your doorstep. The rooftop restaurant has spectacular views across Cannes and although expensive it's worth it! Rooftop pool and spa is a great alternative to the beach but be warned you still have to pay to access even if you are staying at the hotel (although at a discounted rate)
From the moment I arrived I was very impressed with the staff and service, especially Helene and Rudolph. They were extremely hands on and helped me with my every need. I had to change my room after check in and their willingness to assist was very appreciated. They are centrally located near the beach, bus station and port so easily accessible for many things. I also walked everywhere from here, I really loved the location. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.
didn't stay in the hotel, but went for a drink in the bar, view is great, but after 45 mins and still no drink we upped and left. worse service ever, but typical of the French, no one cared, even when I left and told her to cancel the order the waitress just shrugged her shoulders.
