Hotel was clean, comfortable and modern. Breakfast choice was a little limited but staff very friendly and always welcoming. Perfect location within walking distance of everything. Spa facilities great.
I stayed here in order to try somewhere new as I normally stay in Nice. I wasn't disappointed. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable (especially the pillows). Staff are very helpful, polite and multilingual. A robe and slippers were provided in the room for the use of the spa which consisted of a heated pool on the roof that was part indoors and part outdoors as well as steam and sauna rooms. The only downside (if it could even be considered a downside) was that whilst there was heating in the room, there was no heating in the bathroom which meant that getting out of the bath could feel quite cold (it was winter - I have a feeling this wouldn't matter in summer). Overall, the location of the hotel is convenient, near to the beach and a short walk from the station and the main shopping/eating areas. I had a street facing room that still provided a partial view across the harbour. There was pretty much no noise at night time (a pet peeve of mine especially when it comes from the room next door). It was particularly convenient for me as I like to visit the Lerin Islands and the hotel is next to the harbour. I enjoyed the visit and would definitely return.
Great hotel in a wonderful location, we stayed here to enjoy the fireworks and were not disappointed as the view from our balcony was amazing! The staff are helpful and professional and nothing is too much trouble, we will be back next year, thank you.

Radisson is a good option for those looking for cost-benefit hotel. It is located really closed to the "centre" (5-10 minutes walking), comfortable, kind staff, the breakfast could have more options, but what they offer tastes good!
Warm welcome extended by Jerome. Overall breakfast staff was warm and active but could be more proactive. Should recognize you and your preference after a few days later. Room cleanliness was good except public areas could be improved.
Apparently this hotel has only been classed 5* for a year so I feel it's still a bit rough round the edges. We had booked a business class room as it was supposed to be a bit bigger than a deluxe room with a 6' bed. When shown it seemed small & with an ordinary bouble bed. The bathroom was minute & in need of a refurb. Nowhere to put suitcases except on the floor & impossible to use the wardrobe as most of the space was occupied by a large ironing board. The coffee machine didn't work. We were told, however that we were due to be upgraded to a suite but it wasn't available for that night due to plumbing problems but would be available the following morning thankfully. The personnel however were very helpful & we were recommended 2 excellent restaurants reasonably priced. The hotel restaurant was disappointing both in choice & cooking. The spa was excellent but 1 or 2 of the staff were a bit brusque. The heated seawater pools were lovely. Buffet breakfast was ok & my thanks to hotel for the beautiful bouquet & chocolate cake for my birthday
When you pay 150 euro a day you'd expect the air con to work and the room to be of decent size. Unfortunately this wasn't the case for me.I was impressed with cleaning mades who did really good job though.
Superb roof top glass bar. The sunsets are spectacular and the cocktails are delicious. Yes it’s expensive but everywhere is in Cannes and the £ is rubbish against the euro at the moment.! Well worth a visit. Go early to claim good seats for sunset
Picturesque views of the beach & marina, we were lucky to enjoy the amazing seasons of November from our balcony - sunshine, thunder, moody skies & pink sunsets, really beautiful. We asked for a room change as the first was quite small and tired but the second room was much more spacious and modern. We really appreciated the swap. The rooftop bar & restaurant has amazing views, it was incredibly expensive but to be expected in Cannes I suppose. At typically €20 euros per drink, I would hope for more efficient service to reflect the price. The spa is lovely and relaxing, waterbeds to snooze on and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi - lovely to enjoy even in the rain! We both had treatments although I was a little surprised by a European facial - post steam ‘extraction’ not really for me! The hotel is a great base for exploring - 15 minutes walk from the bus and train stations. The train was very reasonable, we were given 50% discount and I’m not really sure why! We loved our day trip to Monte Carlo, lunch at Le Maree’s was lovely overlooking the port. We really enjoyed exploring the Grand Prix route, window shopping, visiting the casino & even having a great celeb spot - Colin Farrell! Our final day was spent on a little island 15 minutes ferry ride from our hotel called Saint-Honorat. You can walk around the island in 45 minutes and there is a stunning monastery with great views that’s worth climbing to the top of. There is also a lovely, cosy restaurant serving wine made by the monks on the island. A peaceful and romantic little trip, well worth building in. We loved exploring Cannes, it’s pretty, clean & chic. This is not the place to visit on a budget but if you’re happy to spend a few days enjoying a sophisticated, indulgent trip by the sea then this is your place!
