It’s a lovely quiet small hotel. Located walking distance to Croisette, beaches, shopping, Dining. Extremely quiet, and very clean. I will stay here when I return and I highly recommend it. The owner is also helpful and nice.

Expedia should be a shame to have this hotel in the list. No front door services. Hotel door locked all the time with a phone number listed at front. Rooms doesn't match basic hotel room. Unsafe shower and bathroom. No elevator to the second and third floor( in french means 1er et 2eme etage) Price very high and its not worth it

This Hotel is Excellent,welcomed upon arrival and helped with our cases to the upstairs room which was lovely throughout. The bathroom and bedroom were immaculate and bed very comfortable,location is also just 10 mins walk to centre and beach,such a lovely stay will return next year for definite 😊

the manager of this hotel is a mother and her son amazing service. breakfast is made by herself just 7 min from Canne Film Festival. FREE WIFI - not too strong but good for email and some file uploads NO NEED TO RENT A CAR! very close to train station / central station

Really good location in Cannes. 10 minute walk to the beach and la croissette. Sylvie at reception is fantastic and has the answers to any practical tourist questions.

GREAT HOTEL, LOCATION and STAFF ( SYLVIE)

I decided to go to Cannes because a friend told me I would love the location and it was a real motorcycle town. I booked this room in december and it was 75 euro a night. I googled the street and the location looked perfect, near the beach, Crosiette, bars, resturants and its just over the line into a residentail zone so the parking was easy and there were markets in 5 minute walk. I rented a motorcycle and spend 6 days riding all over...it was AMAZING!!!!!!!! I recommend this hotel to all, Sylvie ( the owner ) was very nice and made me feel at home.

Lutetia Hotel Cannes - close to transport links

This small , quiet hotel is a short walk from the rail and bus stations. Our room was large and contained a mini-fridge which was a welcome surprise. The owner was very pleasant. She speaks a little English but if staying here I would suggest being prepared to converse in at least a little French. Breakfast consisted of juice, hot drinks, bread and croissants (for which replenishments were offered if required). Our only disappointment was that this breakfast cost slightly more than we had expected on booking.
