We arrived early so had lunch - witnessed a member of the management team recycle the bread from the tables, decided not to use that facility again. Apartment was fine for 4 of us - claimed upto 7 is a bit hopeful for a relaxed holiday, views amazing.. Place is tired, but the pool and location are fantastic. Regular bus from main road, hill wasn't an issue. Train to Monaco easy. Splendid daily market in Cannes for fresh food. Yes would return once a bit of money spent on the place as the potential is huge.
It's not clean and the public area lacks nice places to sit outside and enjoy a drink in the sun. You have to pay for eveything e.g. your beds and parasol by the pool, parking your car. An all-exclusive resort
Dirty, old, tired, small, never book Standard ECO rooms, they are the not renovated rooms, and please bear in mind that the Standard rooms are utterly small and tired already The pool was overcrowded and dirty... Not worth your money, just stay away..... the food is reasonable
We rented an apartment on this complex and overall we had a good time as a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 13,11,& 9. The views from our apartment were amazing and the infinity pool was also very good with great views. The only downsides for us is that they charge extra for sun beds and parasols. There is a small shop on site but only open at certain hours with a very limited range and on the expensive side. The nearest supermarket type shop is about a mile away in both directions so if you don't have a car then it's a good walk up the hill with your shopping/luggage, but the views are definitely worth it. The complex is mainly used by French people so please learn some basic French to make it easier for yourselves. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
The buildings are a bit worned. The Rooms had no aircondition, so It was very hot fyring the nights. The pool was very nice. The food in the restaurant was very good but the service was very slow.....
The worst beds ever! Rock hard! Apartments smells old, dirty furnitures and even the walls. Toilets smells really bad! Needed an upgrade about 20 years ago! No aircondition. Everything costs extra, even the sunbeds at the pool area. Very expensive local shop. 10€ a day guest parking at the resort. Had to upgrade our first room. No one could stay there for even 10 minutes, and had to pay 50€ for another, same standard, room. If you're going to stay here, expect the worst, and you might manage..
very nice resort with good pools and nice apartments. Very good shuffle service to Cannes city. Our kids had much fun in the pools. Good parking indoor. Super beach with nice water. We had a great holiday.
Beautiful place near Cannes, small apartments so book a big one. If you have gluten allergy, you need to have your own food with you, not easy otherwise. Easy to get to Cannes, can recommend a visit to St. Raphael
I stayed here in Cannes for 9 days and although the rooms were moderate & the infinite pool was nice with a view overlooking the sea, the bar and restaurant staff massively let this place down. They were rude and dismissive & I wouldn't ever stay here again
