This newly renovated and refurbished 2 bedroom apartment right in the hearth of Cannes is now ready to welcome you for both short breaks, beach holidays or congress rental. The apartment is located off the famous Rue d'Antibes/Gray d'albion area and the train station, called Rue des Serbes. It offers a spacious & modern living area with French style windows that overlooks the beautiful renovated street with lights and the famous Starbucks café. The flat is ideal for 4 guest sharing or a family of up to four. The living room has a sofa, a plasma TV and an open, fully, equipped kitchen with clean and modern appliances, Espresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave/oven and much more. There are two bedrooms with their original stone features on the wall. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed that can convert to a twin. The second bedroom has a double bed with a small en suite facilities with shower, washbasin and toilets. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilets. Among the facilities free WIFI, hair dryer, iron, iron board & flat screen TV. Air conditioning is installed throughout the apartment and in each room. The apartments is located all within DIRECT reach to all "the" well known restaurants on Rue Hoche, shops and cafés that Cannes has to offer.
