The location of Juan beach is great, on walking distanceof the beach and town center. Our deluxe room was nice and very spacious. The pool is pretty warm and a great to hang out. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic! The staff is the best part of the hotel, they are all super friendly and very helpful. The hotel does need some paint at some places and some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Watch out for the parking place, its very very narrow! I would definitely come back here!

The hotel is well located in a quiet residential area. However, the double glazing keeps out external noise but the internal insulation is poor and you hear almost every sound from adjoining rooms- not very nice when you have noisy neighbours! This is essentially an overpriced B & B with a swimming pool, paved area and open- air bar. The bar serves breakfast and snacks during the day and drinks 24/7 as the rooms have no minibars. Breakfast is boring with the same continental breakfast every day- they serve many egg dishes but they all come swimming in butter. The snacks/ salads are uninteresting and the drinks at the low end of the register. The rooms are basic and have no style- the comfort level is minimal and the quality of furnishings is poor. There are no public rooms- the only choice for sitting is in the bar! The only plus point is that the staff are very friendly.

We had a chance for a last minute weekend so headed off to the South of France to our favourite Village Juan Les Pins which we have been coming too since 1979, We've stayed in most of the Hotel's in JLP and especially enjoyed our last stay at the Hotel Juan Beach we booked with the owner Danny via hotel email and was pleasantly surprised we had booked a Deluxe Room which was huge along with a huge En-suite we were on ground floor by the front door we didn't have of need French doors as you just came out of our room and you were right next to the pool where we had Breakfast which was plentiful with Mini French sticks, Croissants Chocolate and the normal Butter type with plenty of Jams, Honey etc... yoghurt and fresh fruit with pots of Coffee and English Breakfast Tea with Orange juice all for 15 Euro's you could have a cheaper version which came without the Orange juice, Yoghurt and Fruit, they also had various Egg combinations! Danny was very helpful offering to organise Taxi's for the pick up from the Airport but I'd already organised this with Sun Transfers who are very reasonable we arrived quite late and was informed that Rachid (the Night Porter) would be there to check us in.....he was a very friendly happy guy and all went smoothly on our last day we had late flights so we check out and was able to store our Luggage with reception and they offered us a Shower room later to get changed after we'd returned from the beach! We are actually returning again this weekend along with our Children who I have booked them a room each and we are having the same room again so all looking forward to our stay! This hotel was very clean and the pool was heated and well looked after so I am happy to recommend this Hotel!

Fine if you just need a bed to sleep on in a convenient location. My room was by the stairwell and quite noisy. Breakfast wasn't great. No elevator, no kettle in room, no real amenities to speak of. Location ice though, felt quiet around the pool despite its location in the front courtyard.

Stayed late May/early June. Small hotel in side street - very quiet, even given the little school opposite. Very short walk through the pine park and you are in the restaurant area leading to seafront. Nice looking hotel with bright blue accent colours. Well-kept pool with good loungers, free pool towels and modern bistro bar. Our superior triple was more spacious than expected and the beds were really comfortable so we all slept well. The other members of our party had a fab deluxe room. The staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful - could not fault them (also sorted booking mix-up the night before we left for France after I'd missed emails in my Spam folder). We loved our stay here and recommend the hotel and Juan les Pins. We also recommend: the open top bus to Antibes which takes you past the Hotel Eden Roc; boat trip to Ile Sainte Marguerite; and a table on the beach at the Plage Ruben Bleu restaurant.

Small hotel, clean and fresh, located in a quiet side street with a nice pool, comfortable beds and friendly and helpful staff. Nice poolside breakfast and snacks. Reasonably priced and very pleasant.

We had a perfect stay ! Very helpful and friendly stuff, nice small pool and near to the beach with restaurants and bars. The only I miss was ham and cheese for a "Continental Breakfast" We can recomment !

This was a perfect mid-route stopover. Juan Beach Hotel is 200m away from the private beach front, restaurants and palm-lined avenue. It was an extremely pleasant stay. The hotel has obviously had a very recent renovation and is boutique and modern with plenty of space in the Privilege Suite for selves, 2 kids and dog! Beds were really comfortable. Two (very) small criticisms...we found a shortage of bedside plugs for mobile phone-charging overnight / CPAP machine and that the plumbing in the bathroom sinks etc. need proper traps on them (it was a bit sewage-y smelling once you ran the water).

This is my 2nd trip. Everything is perfectly acceptable about it. Well kept, clean. Because of the proximity of the bedroom on this occasion, I had little reaction with any staff, other than the night porter to get some drinks. Well located, a few minutes from everywhere. The only drawback, and I say this as someone that was travelling with someone with limited mobility, is that the proximity of the hotel to the airport bus stop is a bit of a walk. It's advisable to get a taxi from the hotel to Antibes and go from there. Don't be fooled by the note on the hotel website that there is a hotel shuttle - there isn't.

Good hotel close to restaurants, shops and the beach, still in a very quiet location. Clean rooms, a little on the small side. Friendly staff. Nice and heated swimmingpool. We would have liked a minibar/fridge in the room.
