The location was fantastic, you cannot be more centre of the action than this. Walking to al the hip restaurants like 2 mins. 5-10 mins walk to beach and waterfront. All the brand name and famous stores are all around there. This is like staying one block away from Rodeo drive. Staffs are friendly and helpful; just as caution hotel reception opens late so be sure to reach out before if you plan to arrive early. We have complimentary breakfast which was very nice; keep in mind they are simple breakfast, not buffet style. They have safe in room but you will need to ask for keys. Kettlenis also available upon request. The room itself is ok. The toilet and bathroom is separated. Bathroom seems to be renovated more recently. There are signs that the room is dated as I noticed wall paper is starting to peel, not the most comfortable room we have been but also not the worst....lol You will need to weight in what's important to you. Is it comfort? Is it the location? Want to be in action or quiet? On Budget or money is no issue? I thought the price was reasonable based on all elements. Will come back if we have limited budget again. Might consider a bit more updated hotel next time if our wallet is a bit bigger. Thanks

Paid parking 3min away, expensive but very convenient $28eu /day. Breakfast is included, front desk staff very nice and close to everything. Not soundproof at all, heard road, neighbours and all the doors loudly.

Decent property for travelers who’s on the budget. Stayed for one night for a quick visit to Cannes. Some (bathroom) amenities are old or broken . Great location for the price - right in the heart of the shopping area, train station and walk to the beach. The staff were really nice and continental breakfast was good! :)

Great Location!

Basic decent accomodation

This hotel is right in the middle of the shopping street, and convenient to the convention center in Cannes, and the beach / marina area. Remodeled recently, and clean. There is no breakfast or kitchen in the place, but there are many local cafes to take care of that need.

Good size of rooms, location in Cannes is central. It is a busy street, on the noisy side if you have your windows open. No AC. Rooms look and feel like they have not been refurbished for 20 years or so. But it feels clean, and gives good value for the prize.
